Service Agreement

1. Services

The Contractor agrees to provide frontend development and/or UI/UX design services as agreed with the Client.

2. Scope of Work

The scope, deadlines, and deliverables will be defined in project communication or a separate specification document.

3. Payment

Total project cost: __________________________

• 50% upfront
• 50% upon completion

4. Revisions

The Client is entitled to the agreed number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may require extra payment.

5. Deadlines

The Contractor will deliver work according to agreed deadlines. Delays caused by the Client are not the Contractor’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the Client receives rights to the final product. The Contractor retains the right to showcase the work in a portfolio.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date must be paid.

8. Liability

The Contractor is not liable for indirect damages or third-party issues beyond reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
